zerodha, i could not login to NOW terminal today, made many attempts but it stuck at 80%, what is this problem? anyone faced it today?:annoyed:

Close NOW
Open NOW again and log in again.
I think this way you will be available to log in.

how to pledge niftybees. is there any online process. Actually i keep on trading Nifty bees. so when i exit them cash is already available but when i buy those whats the process to pledge it immediately.

Further is the same 90% collateral margin available for juniorbees as well???

what is the procedure to sell pledged shares?

What is the cost to pledge the shares?

I have done it a few weeks back, but just forget the steps.

In to ZT,right click on chart and use DATA TABLE to get the values.
I never tried in NOW.

I agree NOW sucks sometimes ...but they are not rude....they are very much helpful. They support remotely using team viewer......there must be some misunderstanding.

Talk to them and tell them to fix issue using team viewer ....install TV ...give them control ...they'll fix it.

You never know how much close you are to success!

I tried many times for z trader chart, but now I have stopped. Many times when I open chart terminal hangs. I think z trader chart needs much memory. For me it is not worth. But some people are satisfied with it. May be I am missing something.But terminal is better than now and customer service is also satisfactory.

yes they tried by taking control with the help of ammy admin, but when unable to understand what the problem was they tried to blame me, saying that i must be doing something purposely as other traders are having no issues like this. then they said the issue is escalated and i will receive a call within an hour. but nobody called.

even today when i called after yesterday's one hour still not completed by their "zerodha standard time", i was told that hanging of nest trader is problem of zerodha and they just have tie up for nest plus charts.

i called the person who opened my a/c, he tried to help but his lack of knowledge and unavailability of technical person came in between. he could not call me as he was very busy, so i called him again to enquire, again the same 1 hour dose of medicine was given to me, and stated that technical person is unable to understand the issue and thinks that there is a problem with my laptop :clapping: and will call me.

but as before i am still waiting for call according to "zerodha standard time" :lol:

I fully agree to what has been said above. I also have faced similar problem with no result. In fact, after migrating to Zerodha Trader, now I am able to download only 30 scrips in all the Market Watch together, whereas Zerodha has been informing that 30 scrips can be entered in each Market Watch in maximum 4 Market Watch.

try system restore to an earlier date where everything worked fine...

at times depending on others is just too frustrating...

Do you provide margin benefit for Pairs Trading in a perfect Hedging position?

For example, If I take 1lot SBIN Long @2110 and 1lot UNIONBANK Short @ 223 like this:

SBIN: 125 x 2110 = 263750/-
UNIONBANK: -1000 x 223 = -223000/-

In the above case, it is a market neutral strategy; market up-down will not affect the total net outcome as equal amount of trades taken in the banking sector. You know about this arbitrage strategy well I think.

Only unhedged money 263750-223000 = 40750/-

So will you provide margin benefit on the above pair trades like Foreign Stock Exchanges and Brokers provide?

Or I shall have to pay for full 1 lot SBIN and 1 lot UNIONBANK Margin to take above position?

If you don't provide margin benefit; then why?
