what is the way to transfer money from nse to mcx account directly. is there any link in backoffice???

Funds have to be withdrawn and transferred back to MCX, no link in BO to do directly.. This is against rules as per the circular from SEBI and FMC

dear zerodha could you please tell me what is the margin reqd in currency to take MIS & CNC position

We don't give any intraday leverage to trade currency as the margin required is already pretty high..

Currency is traded using product type as NRML and not CNC for overnight positions.. Margin requirement is update on the SPAN file or you can also use the SPAN calculator to check it out..

approx 3%. there is no different margin, they don't give any extra MIS levrage as its already a levrage product with margin required just 2.5-3%.

We've checked this out at our end and it seems to us that the issue has to do with your location. Are you located somewhere outside India? Or are you working behind a proxy?
If it's none of the above, it could have been a temporary issue with NOW at your end due to a connectivity issue with the Internet.

You mean that a) A withdrawal request is placed, b) funds are transferred to my bank, c) then deposited in my MCX account ??

Suppose I want to use funds for NSE till 5 pm and then trade in commodities ? I can't utilize the same funds ?
