Is this method applicable for MIS in equity and MIS/NRML in FNO?
Does it also work in commodities and CDS?
By exit order, you mean a limit order. Right?
For my clarity, I am explaining the scenario below.
Say, I have just Rs.100 as cash. I buy one share of maruti-eq, MIS at 1400. My cash of about Rs.88 will be used for this. Once the position is opened, if I place two orders a) limit order for 1450 and b) SL-M order for 1350, no additional margin will be required? I understand that presently if any one order gets triggered I have to cancel the other order manually.

in addition to above the margin will remain blocked even after the profit booking or stop loss order is executed and your position is now nil
It will be released only after you cancle the other order
