icicdirect is the worst broker in the trading community .

Its alright if you are comfortable and habituated with their UI and don't want a change....but they are just digging a hole in your pocket.

Yes Megapixel....I also have an account with ICICIDirect..I have not opened a DP with Zerodha..its only trading account...and on the day I saw the functioning of Zerodha Trader..it was like ...a new experience all together...and God Forbid if anyone has tried trading with ICICI...its good for an investir who buys or sells shares once in 1 year or 2 years...but for trading....only GOD save the people trading with ICICIDirect...:thumb:

Today RKSV launch new Freedom Plan, Rs 25 per order, now you can save small amount of Trading Charges, who love to trade in per order brokerage. No benefit for 1 or 2 lot trader, but if you are trading in 10 to 20 lots in one order , you can save 100 to 200 Rs…………….

see this issue in ZT terminal for MCX data.

right click in empty space, then refresh market watch scrips. This will fix it. This happens if you had a internet disconnection during which a new high was made. Then when the internet came back, it doesn't update the high. :thumb:

One thing more.....I had not received the contract note ...for a day...I wrote to Zerodha @ 6.05 p.m. and I got the contract note @ 6.15...so just within 10 minutes flat...I received what I had requested..Tell me seriously ..how many brokers are there in India with such a prompt service...By 6 p.m. most of the employees leave their offices...but @ Zerodha what has really impressed me is their response mechanism...unparallel to say the minimum...Try it with any one else...and see the response mechanism...We are traders...even though I may be hardly 6 months into the market..I can differentiate between various brokers....

Same thing happened to me. I haven't received the ECN for Monday. After mailing them they sent a duplicate copy of it. Zerodha please look at your mail server. It must be having some problem.

There seems some problem with their server, but they will not accept it.

I also miss my ECN sometimes but used to miss margin statement more frequently and have to send a reminder for a duplicate but they never accepted it.

Dear a1b1trader...just send them a mail...as per my personal experience Zerodha is very proMPpt in replying...and this promptness I am yet to see in any other broking firm....any one can have issues..at the same time what matters 2 me as a trader is how prompt they are in taking corrective steps..I have never found them lacking in this..just mail them..I think it will be sorted out I think
