At least you got acknowledgement. I rarely receive any acknowledgement fro IL&FS. Horrible fellows. They never answer any mail. Every six months they sent bill for 224.7 for AMC. Now even after paying advance AMC for the period 1/11/12 to 30/4/13 on18/1/13, I got another bill indicating there is due. They are so bad not to speak of.

Can anyone tell, what exactly is the "yearly" DP charge of IL&FS? And when is Zerodha coming with its own DP?

I am fed up with ILFS inflated DP bills. In September 2012, I had paid them 299 rupees as DP charges online. And I had also received the payment confirmation from them for the same.

Yet, I see they keep sending DP bills to me. Generally, I don't see/open their bills. But I opened this month's bill just to be sure everything is fine. I found that they are again sending bills with confusing due amounts. Please see the attached pic.

In one due amount they have added the previous due amount which was already paid by me in September! And in another, they are showing net bill amount as 264 rupees.

If that is not enough confusing, upon logging log-in on the ILFS website here https://www.ilfsdp.com/depository_login.asp they show my due DP bill amount as 235 rupees!

Can any one kindly help me and tell me who should I trust - IL&FS emailed DP bills (and which amount in it) or the amount they are showing upon log-in on their website?

I cannot understand why do Indian companies subject their customers to torture and harassment. Cannot they keep things simple? Arre just send the yearly bill na. Why bug?

can u tell me how did you get the password to login their?
Do I have to do forget password or is their any registration screen?

i received DP bills from ilfs in the first month after opening account with them and every month they send due amount information, four months later the account opening they send password for login in their site. i approched the office, they told me that ignore it , then why sending it each month?very poor performance

Mobile App:

I am using mobile app(Android) of Zerodha Trader. When I switch to another application and come back to zerodha trader application, it hangs and says forced to quit.
Any solution?

For what version of android is that zerodha trader mobile app best suitable?

If I have 10000 shares of a company in dp & 20000 shares of the same company in NSE T1 qty, then if first I place the cnc sell order of 11000 shares in NSE , further cnc sell order of even 100 shares in BSE gets rejected (reason- check holdings). But first cnc sell order should use the shares in NSE T1 qty & second cnc sell order should be able to use the shares in dp. Please make changes on ZT to resolve this problem.

how can you sell in BSE what you bought in NSE?

is it possbile?

at my z trader terminal plus update not happening. After clicking install now, nest autoinstaller window opens but does not progress. Please help.

I am also using Ztrader and faced the same problem.

solution is to log in to download section of Omnysys nest plus website and download the latest update available on site. after downmoading run the update file, this will update ztrader.

I closed the account long back,now they asked to me submit KYC immediately.
That shows the co-ordination of various sections in that company.

Do it on a Trading day. On holidays updation can be tricky.
