just finished reading whole thread. quite innovative approach. congrats zerodha and sachin. i wish to join your club too. just few queries a) if i have say 1000 ifci in ilfs demat and i sell 10, 20, 30 and so on everyday booking partial profit or loss while i be giving rs 15 on all such trades? i dont understand professional languages so please answer in layman way. b) if in urgency i cannot square off 10 time buy and i want to keep it instead of auction can i submit rest amount before evening oe next day i mean till when if i convert it to delivery. c) and last not least i trade on behalf or sat with cousin who is an nri. can an nri and i jointly open account with you. we use icici direct and charges are too high. any extra charge if nri account are entertained?
You actually read the whole thread??? ;)... my typing speed has doubled because of the 183 pages of typing... As far as your queries:
1. If you sell your ifci shares multiple times during a day, the dp charge will be considered only once at the end of the day... If you sell shares everyday, you will have to multiple dp charges , once for everyday you sell.... It is the same rules with any broker....

2. The way we can work at these prices is because we have uniform rules for all our clients.. if you take 10 times margin for intraday positions, you need to either square it off before 3.10pm or bring in more money(100% of margin)... otherwise the systems will auto square off the positions...

3. Yes you can have joint account with your NRI cousin... the demat account will be treated as a NRI account... For equity trading there is no issues, but if you do derivatives trading the funds are nor repatriable.. so what it means is, if you transfer 1lk from abroad and use it for f&o trading, you can't take that 1lk Rs back abroad... No extra charges...

Hope this helps...

Cheers...

What is the best fix to take care of disconnections in NSE NOW given the fact that we have the best ISP and best hardware.....
:(
I suppose you are talking about the times when the marketwatch screen suddenly freezes for a few seconds.... Have you tried downloading the new version from our site??? Also an upgrade of NOW is coming up first week of march.... Will keep you updated on the same.... Cheers...

How much you charge as Stamp Charges.

Today I was charged Rs. 50/- whereas the total stamps charges comes at Rs. 16.45 (0.001%) of the total turnover.

Please do look into the matter.
