Hi,

I use windows 7 & my internet explorer was recently automatically updated to version 9 from 8!

It seems IE8 does not work on Windows 7 anymore!

When I logged into BO yest., I could see nothing. Every field was being shown blank. When I called up Zerodha guys to ask about the issue, they told me that BO runs only on IE8 & no other version or no other browser!(which is ridiculous)

Now tell me what should I do as I cannot check my back office details anymore! You need to upgrade your BO to run on all versions of all browsers!

What? It doesn't work with Firefox or Chrome ?? Do clarify, zerodha, coz I too, am using Win7 and presently the IE version 8 is installed, not yet updated, but if it gets automatically updated somehow (though I have turned off automatic updates) then it can be quite a problem...

I use chrome to access BO with ie extension. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd install from here, it's safe and developed by google, I am using BO, indusind bank's indusnet, idbi bank net banking. Reason being I'm on limited bandwidth and I use Chrome/Opera without images and plug-in for most sites thereby saving extra bandwidth spared in i.e. Even nowonline eats 5 times bandwidth in compare to i.e. extension. Though it's not a permanent solution, you can use above till zerodha resolves issue.
 
Has anyone here been able to place a order using Blackberry application?

I'm using Blackberry 8520. When I try to login I get the message "Login Failed. Invalid username or password."

My login info is correct because I am able to login using my desktop computer with the same credentials.

Further, it is not easy to enter login/password in the relevant fields of blackberry app because cursor keeps on jumping between the 3 form fields. I guess, those who have tried can understand.

Sachin, can you please pas on the feedback to NSE team that their Blackberry applications's login screen needs urgent modifications to make it possible for a customer to enter his credentials quickly?

Thanks for bringing up this issue. I faced the same issue on one of my laptops. Now I use a different laptop that still has IE7 to access back office.
