Hello friends, will we get leverage on options, especially for zerodha. kindly advise me.

For selling options, the margin requirement is similar to Futures margins. To know the Future's margin you can log into your back office personal ledger and view the SPAN margin report on the home page. For intraday trading you should have only 40% of the SPAN margin - this holds good for Futures and Options. For more details you can write to [email protected]

zerodha,
nest plus charting not working properly.are you testing it?may i know the development?
regards,
mprakash1972

Prakash, the NEST Plus tool is still in its Beta stages. Initially, the NOW team decided to roll out the test version for everyone but then they discovered that it wasn't very well supported. This means that they're back to the drawing board on this one. It will take them a while to fix the bugs and release the retail version.

You know we will keep you updated as soon as there's a new version out. :)

I was going through the thread and looks like its best to have HDFC bank a/c if you have Zerodha. I dont have an HDFC a/c, it would be great if you/zerodha support people here know any RM (in Bangalore) who can open a zero balance account, so I can add that a/c and it would be simple and faster both ways. You can PM me or leave the details. Thanks in advance.

Cheers!

It would indeed be nicer to have an HDFC Bank account so that your pay-ins and pay-outs are much faster. However, we've observed that a large majority of our customers use other banks and everyone is able to transfer funds or withdraw them without any issues. :)

Thanks Zerodha. Yeah other banks also works, but as its faster/quicker, I was wondering if I have HDFC it would be quicker and faster and easier, so was thinking to open an NMC/Zero balance a/c with them and may be someone has contacts here for the same.
