Hello Preethi,
I had earlier installed NOW 1.5.7.1 (C:/Program Files/NOW) and as per the sms received, i installed NOW -V.1.6.0.0_setup.exe (C:/Program Files/NOW) and clicked on the install shield to modify. I had restarted the system, but when i log in to NOW application it logs in into old version.
Am i missing any step? Please provide procedure to install new version of NOW.
Do i have to install the new scrips master as well. Like BSEFO, BSE, CDS, NSE, NSEFO

Hi Shailendar,
The best way to install any version of now is first goto "Control panel -> Add Remove programs " and the uninstall existing NOW.
Then, browse to folder where now was installed if some files left back delete them.
Only then you install the new software this will best way. If you have already followed this process and still you have the problem. It is better to get to the Customer Support

Its pretty huge thread and going thru it slowly. Got many +ve feedbacks abt your service.
Could you help me in opening account ?
I am currently in US and back to India in a month or so. But i do trading in the night over here. Thinking of opening and start trading from your account at the earliest and avoid JUNK brokerage i am paying currently.

Sagay, done that way, won't we lose all the scriplist and other user settings ? Isn't there an "upgrade" option in the new version ?
