you two and others make sure you have java installed in your systems.

If it is already there:
  1. try to verify(click) if it is installed correctly OR
  2. install the latest one, get it from here(click)

seems to be a good feature :)
Before we rejoice at looking at the charts in NOW, let's remember that
it was only the last time around that we realized that the charts were not
updated correctly.. the past was shown perfectly but the present candle and
thereafter was thoroughly screwed up.. The reason given by Zerodha was
that NEST was not actually made live by them. We don't know the status
of the same as on today.

So, let's wait and watch the charts on Monday.

Till then, enjoy your time, and in the meantime welcome:

A VERY HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL NEW YEAR !!

Drsubhadip, those two windows are ticker windows. You can close them. Keep your cursor on the top edge of the window and drag it outside. It will be shown as a separate window with an "X" at the top right corner. Clicking on that X will close the window. Repeat this procedure with the other window.

I too had the same query and called up zerodha office about it and got their guidance. For the rest, the technical team will be there on Monday, and I guess they will have their hands full with all the queries regarding the charts.

1.Left side corner of those boxes you can see a thick vertical border line.....click and hold that line...drag and drop the box inside the market watch...and close it as you close the normal windows. you can reduce the size of index watch and put it back on its place.
2.Take your cursor to the top most line of the chart, just above the chart symbol...you will get a small vertical line with double side arrows....hold that and move up or down to change the size of charts.
3.Only one scrip can be moved at a time.
4.when we change the scrips the indicators will disappear. A solution is after feeding the required indicators, save as template in your desired location. When you change the scrips just right click on the charts and upload the template.
Hope its clear now.
Regards,
Dawood.
