Hi Hari/Sachin, formatting the PC is no big deal for me (I am a long-time computer professional).

I did mention that the problem was discussed with your staff and apparently they have been in touch with the Atom people. I had posted it here just to know whether anyone else had noticed it. Well, the problem continues, and I retried it after reading your response (as is visible in the date/time stamp on bottom right of the attached image).

I did use NEFT option on Friday evening, and so far the money hasn't been credited to my account :( ...
Just send us an email to [email protected] about the NEFT fund transfer and we'll check out our records and update your balance. We'll also talk to the technicians at Atom and find you a fix for back office instant fund transfers.

Just send us an email to [email protected] and we'll send you a list of mobiles that run the NSE Mobile app. Generally, it works very well on iPhone & iPad, BlackBerry devices, and also on most Android devices. It does work on quite a few other Java enabled phones but support is very limited.
I think support is limited to symbain phones....
other shows certificate error.
 
I did not have the loading problem though it took slightly more time than usual. The s/w ran also without any problem. But while closing, I did get a screen with the error message mentioned in the above mail.

I uninstalled the old version of NOW and installed new version. After installation of NOW 1.6, it is taking over 40 minutes to login in to NOW.

I am on an Airtel 4 mbps broadband connection. I have tested on a MTNL 512 kbps connection also. I have tested on 2 different PCs. I believe that scrip master files on start up are downloading at ultra slow speed. And I also get the following error message (dialog box)"

"NestTraderAutoInstaller can not start due to errorcode 740"

What is this error code about?

Can someone from Zerodha take a look at this problem?[/QUO
 
Hello guys, about NOW 1.6.0.0, I am getting the following error "Parameter is incorrect" while using charts. I first noticed it when using 15 min NF with SMA envelope. The error hangs up all the quotes and moves on only when you click twice on "OK".

checked on intraday chart, does'nt right click there, on ohlc chart there is no option. is it bcoz i m running it on xp? plzzz
or it runs on nest?

Don't open intraday chart or ohlc chart...just right click on any scrip....go to the bottom "plugin commands" and open plus chart.After that if you right click on that chart you can change heiken candles in the price style.NOW 1.6.0.0 is running fine on my windows XP with charts.
 
Guys, I've been viewing the NEST Plus feature for a couple of days... WOW! I think this charting tool is quite interesting. It may just put a few data vendors out of business.

It has an option for back testing, too. It has numerous indicators. I guess guys with more experience on technical indicators should post about the tool.
 
Hi Zerodha,

I have sent a request for Currency Trading activation on last thursday(28th December) through speed post and it was delivered on 30th December. I didn't get any updation of the activation.
