Re: Zerodha. Blackberry

I am not able to connect NSENOW from my blackberry 9300. I am in BIS plan of Idea and do not have APN access. The NSE help desk could not understand my problem. Please help.
Note: I can access NSE-NOW with wify from my Blackberry 9300.
There's been a few concerns with mobile service providers and the general BlackBerry internet plans with a lot of downtime, etc.
We've just connected with the NOW Helpdesk with your issue and hope that you'll receive a solution soon enough. Supporting the mobile app is the hardest thing for the NOW team since there are hundreds of models and each model may have its own special look/feel which requires developers to code each app differently.

Is the procedure supposed to reduce time for refresh? Kindly let me know.

Thanks
I don't think so. As I mentioned earlier too that NOW has lag time.

This is not new it is happening since months. But some Zerodha well wishers here don't agree :)

It's not the window or administrator problem.

Re: Zerodha Stamp Duty....

Hi, desi7893,
zerodha already answered your query, it is still just below ur previous post.
It is mentioned on the brokerage calculator separately.

Once again for U.
Stamp Charges:-
0.01% of the turnover or Rs 50 whichever is lower. Example: If the turnover is 1 cr, you pay only Rs 50.
SEBI Charges:-
Rs 10 per crore.

Happy Trading.:)

Sebi turnover is Rs 10/crore , Stamp duty is mentioned very clearly on the brokerage calculator, but cannot be considered for calculations as it is Rs 50 max per day and not per trade...

Cheers

Yes, the rates are lagging by a few days. I just received the quotes of last friday. My database for 2011 will be complete by next week! Yippee!!!!!

For me, that market rates start coming at around 2 pm and ends late in the evening.

Hi

1)I tried that but the chart only moves within the NOW terminal, but there is no pop out option.
2) I tried by locking one scrip and yes, you can view more charts that way, BUT all in same window (of course u can tile/cascade and maximize one at a time but can't get them out of the terminal window)
3) only the market watch window can be popped out by right click and choosing the option

Hi poortrader
Five charts in my monitor outside the terminal.
