yup, same problem for me.

i guess, their server is down.
Maybe it's due to the same issue and everything will be back to normal before the start of Tuesday's trading session.

me too facing this problem ..may be due to weekend maintenance etc...:confused:

formatted my system 20 times since morning tried windows xp and windows 7 finally succeded in seeing the login page of now-------------------------and i am with you people have the same problem which you people have 'User cannot login. Reason : Disconnected from NOW system'


i tried to install the file now terminal from zerodha website but it didnt work out
2.went to rksv website and then downloaded now platform and installed it in f drive and not c drive

Big problem with zerodha's NOW software-

I am a computer engg. and trader @ zerodha..
NOW 1.5 DOESNT WORKS AT ALL! And NOW 1.6 is having bugs like-
Most of the times when trying to login error is-
Disconnected from NOW system.

Once i uninstalled and re-installed it worked again .. but today i uninstalled and reinstalled it for atleast 20 times!! each time i restarted after uninstall and reinstall bcz "Os registry then works good" ..
And let me tell you this isnt a low bandwidth or internet\firewall\login incorrectly problem...
THIS IS S\W BUG.
I AM IT ENGINEER FROM MIT PUNE.. AND THOUSANDS S\W PROJECT I HAD DONE AND THOUSANDS OF TIME I USED SOFTWARES... I really like your service... And let me tell you all zerodha service and brokerage is world class and first indian broker of this brokerage strategy after usa.. I am maharashtrian and lot of brokers are here nearto my home but i choosed karnatakas zerodha bcz BEST AND DOESNT MADE FRAUD OF A PAISA TILL NOW...
ONLY PROBLEM IS NOW
