Mine is not server problem as I have the same problem since Friday morning

I think the problem is quite simple, hc.. What mprakash has posted is true..
The servers are would be delinked, I think, during weekends for maintenance.
I faced this problem once or twice and I am sure that it was only during
week-ends.

Just now I have checked up, and I am not able to log in..

but i can login in now now....

If it is not working since Friday Morning, this is a different problem. I sincerely hope this is rectified at the earlest. For emergency order placement NOW Web version can be used. But it is not a permanent solution.

@KiranJakka,Were you able to login through NOW web version, on Friday ?

@ Zerodha, Please look into the issues, cause others may also face similar issues.

I have logged through Now software Yesterday as well as Today, No problem at all from server.
Some application (Firewall or anything.) within your PC is blocking Now Software, hence Network connection is not available for Now. You have to find out that particular application by experimenting. Close all suspect application one bye one (try & error method) restart your Pc b4 testing which one actually blocks Now. U'll able to find out, Best Wishes.

Last time I logged though Now Software successfully 1:30 AM today.
Now it is giving error,
"User cannot login. REASON: Disconnected from NOW system"
It is due to Now SYSTEM maintenance work. Mon day is a Holiday, the system would be fine by Tues day morning. :clapping:
