@Zerodha,

You are being quite prompt in replying to other queries in this forum but you are comfortably avoiding replying to issue regarding freak trade in Minifty.

Can we know the reason for this?... Is it because you r least concerned with genuine investor concerns?

Or is ur conflict of interest by urself engaging in algo trading stopping you from responding?

When you are placing Currency trades, product type should be MIS...

in NOW platform how do i know what is the margin balance ?? suppose i deposit 70 k and take a position for 30 k , i need to know the balance left and the mtm plus or minus ??

Under surveillance, there is rms limits and then view limits...

Go to view limits and in the drop down on the left top choose show all clients and click on Get positions...

I am finding major goof ups....

Ledger balance shows drasticcally less balance ....
No details available for previous transactions......

i had 1 open position in silver mini ...

They didnt send contacrt note for the first time since i started trading for silver Trade...

Their back office open position screen shows some other details....

I called them but no one is picking.....staff should be present as mcx is still open....

My wild thought is zerodha guys ran away with all our money..

Did anyone face any such issue within a couple of days....

Hey wizard, today is the beginning of a new financial year... For all the details before today, you need to change the year on the Bo....

No one can run anywhere with ur money, please don't overreact.... There are people supporting comm from our office..u can call up, or leave me ur name, will get someone to call u back

This happened a couple of times. Not new for me though.

But when I knock Zerodha. they wake up and and fix the problem in few days.

They didnt send contacrt note for the first time since i started trading for silver Trade...

Did you join recently? if so then ok . Not to worry its common for Zerodha.. They practice this at least once in month average.

Again knock them for the same. Making sure that they do their routine work.

They can not run away far from Jail. However any broker can declare bankrupt and digest all clients' money.

It is possible in this way instead they run away.

Should take 2 to 3 weeks... You would be then able to trade seamlessly between exchanges...

After this successful move from NOW to Zerodha terminal, can we able to apply IPO and bonds too?

I am a bit confused about my trading plan.

In my client email i received it was given that my plan is 0.01 or 20rs whichever is lower but in my backoffice details my plan is given as 20flat?

How to confirm which plan i have?
