Dear Zerodha,

Previously I used to get complete ledger details, by logging into the back office and clicking "Ledger Details". Yesterday when I tried the same procedure several times and am not able to get the details. I am seeing only one line, that is the balance. Now don't think that the date clicked by me is wrong. I clicked 04-Jan-2012 to date. And I done a lot of trades in between , and not a single one is displayed, Why ?

You have to change the Financial Year dear.................Button is there.

Maybe because of financial year change.

After this successful move from NOW to Zerodha terminal, can we able to apply IPO and bonds too?

Once we move to the new terminal, we should have them trading with us...


The days when there is a delay in receiving contract notes are usually the days when there is expiry of international indices or on expiry days... These days the exchange files are received late and hence the process gets delayed... It will be the same with every broker...

Change the financial year and get details till 31st march 2012... After 31st march 2012, you need to choose this financial year...

I am a bit confused about my trading plan.

In my client email i received it was given that my plan is 0.01 or 20rs whichever is lower but in my backoffice details my plan is given as 20flat?

How to confirm which plan i have?

Hi Avad,

There is only one plan with us now.. 0.01Rs or 20 Rs whichever is lower... So when it says 20 flat, we give you the benefit of 0.01% when volume is lower...
