Dear All Traders,

I had been reading few comments since last few days about Rs 9 charges for fund transfer from non listed bank, few traders have objection for Rs 9 charges by service provider. I would like to say that ZERODHA brokerage charges are very low compare to other brokerage firm, so there is lot of saving in Trading cost.

The most important, I would like to say that, the trading business is very risky. If you want to become trader, you may face 10-20 % capital loss any time (I hope it will not happened to any one), so please if Rs 9 for you is big amount than never enter in trading business.

Wizard, what does your trade book show ??

And Zerodha, there's a small problem with the phone. In the off-duty hours, it still gives a message about the 3 options. I think in off-duty hours you should have a different message saying "We are off-duty at this time and will be back at your service on _____date at _____hours. Please leave your phone no. and message and we will revert to you".

We are also trying to synch a few automated trading tools which are backtested
Zerodha,

First, please tell in more details about these automated trading tools.

Secondly, I have a requirement where I would like to have system generated orders that will be automatically placed in NOW, based on certain conditions. Will you be interested to listen to my requirements in detail?

Should be available in F11 (admin positions). Check "Netwise" instead of "Daywise" and click on "Get Positions"

Thanks TP,

I called them and they said that calculate it manually as the MTM for positional trade is shown incorrect.

I think they need to fix this.

Thanks

I was a big fan of Zerodha, and used to refer zerodha to all n sundry who asked to name a good broker to trade.I didnt mind the 9 rupee , as it was a choice i made, agaisnst doing a neft transfer.I was happy with their friendlyness and brokerage structure.
But a recent incident left me much disappinted ,i had never faced a prob in the first 6 months. But in the recent incident it was not the prob , but the attitude of the staff in helping me that changed my opinion about zerodha. The incident goes like this

It was very easy for you to say this, when i called you guys all i found was my call being discoonected that too after anserwing, ultimately a not so friendly guy picked up and told me that he would send a contract note .
which i am still waiting for so that i can find the FATE OF THAT 1 SILVER LOT.
Hey Wizard,

There has to be some confusion to this...

We had some issues with our phone lines during the first week of April during the evening time(after 8pm).. Fixed now... If call was getting disconnected, it must be because of that...No one at the office would get to know where or from whom the calls are coming.. We have more than 20 lines now to support dealing...

1st week of April is usually an issue with every backoffice platform... Clients would have to change the financial year to view details for dates before 1st April...

About your trade and contract note not reaching, there has to be some misunderstanding... Can you send an email to [email protected] with your client id... Also do mention the customer support name if you remember to whom you spoke... I will call you back and let you know what actually happened...
