I am not able to view the order book window even after pressing F3 or directly clicking on it.

Please help

Go to preferences, user settings, general, reconcile, ok, ok. Now, go to order book or trade book, what ever you want to see, and click on display. If it comes, 100 bacchon main chocolate baant dena.

Its still not coming.

The thing is it is there earlier. Then i click some thing and it disappeared. I even done logout and then again loging but still i am not able to see it.

Most probably you have messed up the layout. If you are worried about a position, call up zerodha to clarify that first. Then tinker around. Try setting the settings to default. In the box, right click on various parts, you will get different menus, some with " set default valuse " option. Try that. Ho jaaye to ab 200 bacchon main chocolate baant dena

Is your order book showing one pane or 2 panes? There should be 2. You may have minimised one of them.

One is for pending orders. one is for completed and cancelled orders.

The reason for the error was because we had not been charging any call n trade for commodity trading till date. We started yesterday and our programming of contract note for commodity was affected. Thanks for pointing it out...

There is a "Display" button at the bottom left of the Order Book window. Click on it and report the results.

Nothing comes up when i click on "Order Book".

This is really painful. Lost 1000 rs due to this. And still facing the same. Where the hell the Order Book window gone.

Hi Dr,

Someone must have already spoken to you about this:

1. The reason a lot was showing open today morning was because, you had bought 1 lot as MIS and Sold as NRML yesterday. What happens is all MIS positions get squared off at 11.05pm. The NRML positions remain open.

MIS is used for only intraday positions(with extra leverage). Ensure that if you have bought as MIS, you also sell it as MIS. If you have bought as NRML, sell it a NRML.

Go to CTRL+ P and set the default product type as MIS, if you trade intraday and NRML if you trade overnight.. The position can be converted anytime by going to Trade book and clicking on position conversion.

2. Contract note is showing a few extra trades. If you check it out, it is the same trade showing twice. This is an error from our side and we will send you new contract notes in the next couple of hours. If you look at the ledger, you will see that the posting is absolutely right, but on the contract note same trades have shown twice.

i like the attitude of the team of yours...so prompt and so eager for helping out some one who is in dilemma and in trouble.

in the morning i called your office and done call and trade,the lady had made me understood everything. excellent zerodha.

Ledger is fine, only trouble is extra trade shown in contract note.

one question...is call and trade in commodity will be chargeable from today..how much ?

I dont think so........we are family....technical up -down may possible, nothing were intentional.........
