1. Whenever I try to log our of NOW it just freezes and I have to manually close
the application from Task Manager. I wonder if there is anyone working on NOW
software, if such a team exists - whether they have ever tested it on different platforms.

2. The application gets locked after sometime (I am not sure how much time..).
I have not found any parameter setting to increase this period. (Interestingly, a
third party software is there which can control the locking of the terminal. But
NOW team seemed to have not realized the relevance of this parameter)

Same problem faced by me as well, any answers Zerodha? One thing I've noticed is that, Zerodha is silent on queries regarding NOW platform. No replies at all?!

Suggestion
After displaying a chart using NETPLUS , we have to close it to see what is
happening to our Market Watch.Please provide an option to AUTOHIDE
the chart.This will be helpful ,since we need not create the chart again and
again.

How to see live Nifty Future charts in Metra Trader 5?

I have used FxCentral Trader 5 FirstCharting for demo account. Charts available for Nifty & Bank Nifty Futures are AWESOME with 1 min data of more than 1 year. But charts only EOD.
How to see LIVE CHARTS? How to subscribe? What are the subscription cost?
Zerodha or anybody please help me if u can.

PS: to zerodha, Pls try to find out something about them & help clients. FXcentral has a office in Bangalore.

can you share which third party can do. locking is very annoying.

Which other trading platforms have you used ?? All of them have some issues.

timapass, the problem is not only with NOW, but also with NEST trader, but zerodha have same solution what sumo told - restart or relogin.

today it took 15min time to open Zerodha/Nest trader (two a/c's mine and my cousin's, having different system). after sometime, my cousin wanted to cancel SL, it didn't let him, called them, solution - logout and relogin, if problem persist then restart zerodha trader. or if you want they can cancel from there.

do you think market always wait for all these problems, restart, re-login, calling????

Since two years i am using trade tiger, never faced any problem like these which can give me heavy loss. only problems occur with tt when my net conncection lost, i have to re-login and sometimes problem at nse market opening 10 min and closing 10 min, but all these happen rarely.

even if i assume there are lots of problem with every platform, then tell me why switch to another mediocre platform? for illusion of low brokerage????!!!, small traders like me have not much advantage till zerodha having fix brokerage + percentage brokerage combined in total transaction charges.

and the argument - if many providing sh*t, then should not irritate if one more is doing, is not valid at all. and if you think it is valid, then tell me you don't feel anger when one more scandal come in light, or when one more officer ask for bribe for tax refund which is your hard earned money b/c everybody is doing it, many ok with that.

do the following stuff:

1. try to clean the temporary internet files everyday after you have ended your session and going to close your pc or after starting your system for 1st time. this will help you to overcome all the problems you are facing. this mainly happens due to the crowding of the temp internet files.also you don't have to kill the process of NOW from when you are exiting from NOW. just give it time and it will shut automatically. i never face this type of problem.

2. your 2nd problem - auto freezing of NOW terminal - it automatically freezes after some times -I think after 10/15 min of inactivity in the system. if you want to have NOW active all the time , do 1 thing, never ever minimizes NOW, on the contrary try to keep NOW visible with at least 1 scrip market watch. this will never freezes NOW.

Sigh !! I was thinking of trying the Nest trader - paid version.

It is very difficult to trade full time with all these problems.

With Sharekhan, at least the RM is instantly available on messenger/phone.

Whatever, the dice is loaded against a small time trader.

Phew!! A thread which I had started almost 18 months back... 8817 replies and 7.6lk views ... Is this the biggest thread on traderji??

Anyways, the reason I logged in was, just received a credit of around Rs 5500 for the 60 day challenge to my Trading account..Received a call from a Zerodha executive congratulating me, haven't felt this good from when I scored highest marks in maths when I was in my 8th std.. .. Never really after that have won anything..

Thanks Zerodha for the refund and especially more for making me feel special..

@vikrit, Zerodha Trader works like a dream for me.. I am also trading commodities.. If you are using the plus for charting, the data is slowing down the peformance because it has intraday data for almost a month... Last week I just upgraded my system and internet... The performance has gone up drastically after that.. I keep 3 charts open at the same time with multiple indicators, no issues at all...

But I have also suggested to Sachin in a PM asking them to not give a 1 month chart on a high utilization software like NEST...Trade tiger uses very little resources so can handle 1 month intraday data.. I think it is too much on Zerodha Trader especially with lesser internet speeds...

Hi Zerodha

I am getting error in NOW Mobile version today since morning. Please see the error message.
OS: Android

This error I get after inputting password.

However I can login into nowonline or NOW desktop without any issue.



Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue with Mobile Version ?
