THIS is often the confusion. What to pay and what to avoid!!!

why not discuss with ILFS guys and resolve this?

I don't mind you debiting the said money from my account rather than have to communicate with ILFS which sends across bills and outstanding figures.

Hi Zerodha

We received a communication from ISSL (the DP IL&FS) that says
"We observe that you have outstanding DP service Charges of Rs 24.7 as on 30/06/2012 to be paid to us (Receipt considered till 01/07/2012 ).
We request you to clear the same as soon as possible. In case you have already made the payment , Please ignore this Communication."

We opened accounts with you in May this year and send the requisite amount of cheques along with application forms. I have 2 queries
1. What is this outstanding amount. (We have not used DP services so far.)
2. How to pay this small amount or we can ignore this small amount for the time being and pay along with amc charges whenever due.

Thanks

Hello Zerodha, I have mentioned the following problem earlier somewhere in this thread and received no response. Please explain the following problem.

I sometimes receive this message "Enabling Broadcast for Touchline Broadcast DD failed". This message occurs even when the "INT" and "BRD" are showing green lights.

This is a disturbance during the trading hours.

Today, I was able to log in only on the 4th attempt, after closing NOW 3 times.

Dear Zerodha,

I already have an account with Angel ... But I find ur broking firm very attractive. Can u please send me all the details at [email protected]. I would like to trade in futures as well as equity. I would like to know as in the amount required to be deposited with you for trading, etc. Waiting for your reply.

Thanks

Hi TP .... I wanted to open an account with Zerodha ... Since ur a senior member in TG,

1) I am not very senior where giving advice is concerned :)... I am just doing TP here :D

can you suggest whether it would be a good option to open an account with them ???
2) Depends on your trading style. But Zerodha are smart; they have something attractive for almost every kind of trader.

Contact them directly, either through mail or through traderji or phone them. A lot of traderji members (myself included) use their services and the satisfaction level is high.
