MP, thanks for your post.

Not everyone can be an expert in software. I understand - but they need to
keep someone who co-ordinates with NOW/NEST team and attend to the issues.

If one of my friends is knowledgeable about these issues, can I knock his door
everytime I have a problem? It is the duty of Zerodha to arrange for a solution.
How they do it is their problem.

I still believe that a customer should have only one place to lodge his complaints.
Not different places depending on the nature of the problem.

it is a concept of OEM(original equipment manufacturer), if you have a technical problem, the quickest means is to be directed to the support team of the developer, subsequent similar problems can be attended by its supplier. You have to understand that zerodha at best is the customiser of the software. By refering you to Omneys what they have done is as per best industry practices, can't fault it for this
 
We will be migrating people in batches from today to Zerodha Trader

We are starting with those who trade both equity and commodity with us and then the others

Everyone can't be migrated at same time as it will cause confusion

We will call you up before migrating and help you also with installing the software

About the referral system

If the people you have introduced to the business generate more than 20k brokerage in a month for the first 20k you make 10% the next 20k to 1lk you make 20% 1lk to 2lk is 30% and above that 40%

The sharing is based on brokerage generated by the people introduced and not the funds transferred into trading account :)

I am sorry to say this sir but it looks like you people have become too big for your shoes. I am an IT professional dealing in highend proprietary databases so you can not fool me with this selective migration talk. May I know in exact technical terms what confusion are we talking about in migration? I think you are lying and covering your failures in being professionals. Another thing I don't understand is why you people want us to give so much importance to referral money. Being a new member I do not know much about others priorities or aspirations but I referred more than a dozen friends to zerodha and never bothered to call you up for my referral money. I chose you because of your reasonable brokerage and more importantly NOW trading platform, that's all. Therfore I am more interested in making thousands by trading than thinking about getting chiller like a begger from you. So please I request Zerodha management through you to get your act clean and act like professionals. Forget about referral handouts. First get this third-rate ztrader software fixed with all the missing msi or dll bits and test run for a month in real world if you can, then put all relevant information, installation procedure, demo, faq etc pretaining it on your website, get some inhouse IT professional helpdesk on call instead of giving clients third party phone numbers, then and only then distribute it to your clients. Because of your incompetence people who are your bread and butter are going through hell figuring it out in the blind instead of trading undisturbed. You know you would have been sued for millions for this inefficiency in the country I am writing this post from. A friendly suggestion. Throw this crap software in a bin and stick with the old NOW. By the way on my return I will open IB account as backup or perhaps it will be my main platform and you will be the backup.

Please don't keep us more waiting ...we have been waiting for this for a long time.

You know I was really in a good mood since morning ....because I thought I'll receive a mail from Zerodha saying that all customers can now access Zerodha trader....but no mail came ...and what I found here at last is more waiting ...

I still don't understand what kind of issues you may be facing yet ...you got NSE permission ...you got branded NEST Trader S/W ....why keep us more waiting ?

If you say RISK is an issue ...I'm sure your technology partner Omnesys can handle the migration smoothly ...is not it ?
I trade in Delivery ...kab meri number ayegi :(

Guys,chillout. Give zerodha a break. They said they commited prematurely and are taking a lot of heat for that. Do you think they want to delay this or would like to give a crappy software on purpose? I would not think so atleast. You guyz keep comparing zerodha with many other competitors but the fact that you all eagerly wait for zerodha proves the fact that there are shortcomings in the competitors as well or else you all would have migrated to them in blink of an eye. I am also one of the many zerodha customers who have been eagerly waiting for their new software and i am also disappointed today that there was no email from them but i would not go to the extent of attacking them in public forums. Zeroda we all love you and it is now your turn to show how much you care for us. Good luck with your new software and please add a little more resources so that the work can be done sooner.Remember time is money especially in the industry that you are in.

Sachin in this forum, the CEO himself has sent out mails that it will be
implemented from 2nd. Did we fix that date? No...!

Zerodha should seriously think about adding more staff to their team due to increase in customer base ..otherwise they won't be able to meet up deadlines.

Nest Trader download incomplete everytime!

Hi, Zerodha,
Most of times nest trader download incomplete, after several tries some time it completes. Very irritating.
Previously requested to include nest trader updated version in zerodha download section, but somehow u missed it. It is only 5mb but not possible to download after several tries.
Please help, direct upload it to zerodha download section. Anyone can try and see the problem. :annoyed:

yes you are right. Say Zerodha migrate me to Ztrader after 15 days, so I will get free BSE trading just for 15 days and can't enjoy the full month.
