There was an error :( .. re-downloaded.. still the same. Anyone else suffering this problem ?

same problem with me can a nyone fix it:(:(


Download link is still working at the present moment.

Was able to download successfully just for the confirmation sake.

Strangely, today the file size is 4.5 MB yesterday it was 4.9 MB

MP, thanks for your post.

Not everyone can be an expert in software. I understand - but they need to
keep someone who co-ordinates with NOW/NEST team and attend to the issues.

If one of my friends is knowledgeable about these issues, can I knock his door
everytime I have a problem? It is the duty of Zerodha to arrange for a solution.
How they do it is their problem.

I still believe that a customer should have only one place to lodge his complaints.
Not different places depending on the nature of the problem.

Although, I too agree with Murthy, Zerodha must supply one point solution.

1) Stranger, I re-downloaded too, from the link you gave in this post. Downloaded with a different name.

File size = 528 kb :( :mad: :confused:

2) Downloaded the same from IE (earlier I had used Firefox). No problem. Downloaded ok (4.85mb). Then installed correctly (after closing down NOW). And I see the chart. Let's see how it works.

just put in one post "i want to open account" and see the speed of reply.

No word about ILFS too...

Sab chalta hai attitude will not do....And for those saying "this is part of discount brokerage" sorry....then RK is better.

And yes, we just cannot change brokers at the blink of an eye.... not me and my referrals....

And as someone rightly mentioned here, Zerodha is THE point of contact for me - NOT NOW team, NOT omnesys, NOT ILFS....

Zerodha - put a break on your MT4, amibroker, auto trading promises...[if at all you were serious about it]...and focus on LLLLOOOONGGG PENDING ISSUES.

Wah bhia bahut badiya Ab sarre ro rahe hai When i was saying about providing margins so i could sell some options every one would suggest me something without understanding the issue I raised that Cheapo brokerage doesnt mean that they will not do some thing as right it might be as only 4-5 people on the forum are getting interested in

Now the issues which concern every one. You people are your self complaining about your fav ZERODHA ( mausam Badal gaya )

There primary focus is to make as much brokerage as they can and let me explain you with facts

I wanted to sell options against Blue chips i hold but they will not provide it because there are only Few people who wanted margins some for trading some for hedging but they will not provide but they will take pains go out of there way to provide you referrals brokerage which 90 % of you didn't even asked at the first place because it was good for them

So now why they as new broker would be so nice prompt and courteous because to generate huge brokerage one need lots of account and a new broker will not get those due to lack of trust as people will not like to part with there money easily

So those of you fools who thought they are going out of the way please you correct your self , They were not helping you but them selves :clapping:

I have given up the idea of opening account with them long ago , but i didn't like there idea of blaming me about my account not being opened with them

Now its a open forum they also don't like what i write here but i like it Its not important what new milestones they have achieved like 1000 crore turn over
or 5000 trading account what is important is what clients have achieved trading with them

As Mr AniL laL in earlier post could catch them lying about there software as he is an expert , i could also sense that they are lying about margins for selling options etc etc

And you know they best part is if any trader in the world comes and ask them about margins they blame me for it that i am doing it with some other new ID
But when i asked them to show me the posts with 5 - 10 - 15 Different people asking for same query They Ignore it coolly SHAME

Guys,

Today seems to be a day of royal bashing.. :)..

We have migrated 50 clients yesterday to trade on Zerodha Trader. A few of them are on this forum as well, but I guess they are not actively following this thread.

@Anil Lal, the reason we cannot move everyone on one day is because, we have almost 15000 clients and though the keys are all similar to NOW, still requires some training. Can't be done for all 15000 at one time. The other challenge for us is also that we are creating common ID's for equity, commodity and backoffice. For eg, on now the id used to be ds0001 , on BO and comm HODS0001.. It is going to be common across the board now, DS0001. This has to be uploaded to the exchange... We cannot do this for 15000 at 1 time.

Also we want to extend the intraday margin facility to upto 3.25pm as requested by a lot of you. This will be done by introducing 2 product codes MIS(intraday) and NRML(overnight), will work similar to how it works on equity MIS and CNC. We have to again train our clients on the same before getting them started on the new platform.

We have already initiated migration for another 100 clients today, if you want to move out immediately, send us an email to [email protected] and we will have it done at the earliest...

Waiting still for Zerodha explanation about usage of margin on both exchanges.
You have a separate NSE (includes NSE, BSE and CDS) client account and MCX client account.

You will have 2 ledgers on the trading platform, equity and commodity.

When you want to transfer funds from one ledger to other, you will have to go put a request to do the same on backoffice.. while opening the commodity account, you would have given us an authorization to move funds from your commodity ledger to equity ledger and vice versa.

We will transfer money on your behalf, but for the intermediate time when the transfer is happening we will give you credit from our deposits with the exchange for no additional cost..
