the name of the indicator is :VOLUME

Volume is the no. of contracts traded in a particular day

in chartnexus is it present in the left hand side , (along with the other indicators like MACD,RSI )

if u apply volume there is no change in the chart
thus we cant we volume


unlike the other indicators where we can change the colour , in volume indicator there is no such options

Chartnexus has no volume only for Index like Nifty, Bank Nifty, etc. But stock volume is available.

NSE website chart has Index volume.

Yes, we can change COLOURS. Not only Volume's but also Candlesticks, Bars. When you open any chart in CHARTNEXUS, at the Left side Down corner you will find some tabs.
1st is for Timeframe, ie. Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
2nd is for Chart types i.e. Candlesticks, Bar, Line charts.
3rd is for setting COLOURS of Candlesticks, Bars, Volume, Header and Background.
So just make changes as per your desire and save it. If any other query regarding CNexus, will be welcomed.

could have increased my profits, but woke up very late at 11:30 .. so had to limit..


Short sell ONGC at 266.7 , buy at 268.3 -79.95
buy max india at 198.3 sell at 198 -30.00
short sell RELCAPITAL at 336.40 buy at 326.5 +990.25
short sell GODREJIND at 265.60 buy at 263 +130


total profit 1010.40

i guess brokerage charges around 30 .. so may end up with 980


In my NOW terminal, RMS view limits,

it says Margin Used : -1010.40

what does that mean.. ?? did i over use and they deducted my profit or wat ? pls help

use F11 to check your net buy/sell quantity of shares at 3:28pm(before market close) so that you can know whether you have squared off your all position or forgot any!

RMS limits margin used Negative value means that is your profit and it will be credited into your account (may be tomorrow). Positive value means loss and will be deducted. -1010.4 means that is your profit and will be added to your main limit. (Other charges like brokerage etc. will be deducted from profit)

ledger balance at 11398.76 after all brokerage and charges (i calculated this from zerodha's brokerage calculator.. so, will there be any additional charges ??).
