ST, just a general question out of curiosity :-D

Your posting has reduced in the recent few days - sometimes to just 1 post a day?

On a holiday or something?
No... trading full time during the day....but also busy in too many things these days...diversifying into few non trading, non market activities , setting up something( work for society....not for money) as planning to get into those full time in next 2-3 years.. work still at preliminary stages, let us see how it works out.

Thanks for the kind words, Raamakant.

Far from being unhappy about Euclid pointing out my spelling mastake, I am actually happy to know the mistake I was continuously (though unknowingly) making and was not even aware of it..unless Euclid pointed it out I would not have known the mistake and then how can we improve ?? For improvement, the first step is to accept that we are not perfect and there is scope for improvement ( actually plenty of it in my case :D )

2 bars method works great on larger timeframe but I have never used it as a trading system. I always used it for adds in a strong trend during the day. As the trade direction is decided by the trend we are in, 2 bars give add points.

This entry method was born out of necessity. In my day trades, many times I used to catch a morning move and get out once market showed topping signs..then market goes into correction and in the afternoon session starts trending strongly and accelerating in the direction of the trend. This is where I need an entry/add method to capitalise on the strong afternoon move continuing till the end of the day.

The method is based on simple logic and observation that in strongly trending (up or down) the pivot highs and lows dont get broken easily. If the pivots get broken on the other side of the trend, the strength of the trend itself is in question and if we are not in a strong trend, it is better to stay out in choppy markets.
