Mr Vaidyanathan, who is heading Capital First, is an excellent leader. I was part of his team back in 2001-2004 in ICICI Bank. With Vaidy at the helm, this company is bound to do well in the long run. He is a great visionary and a hard taskmaster..

Yes I guess he was Executive Director in ICICI bank .He knows the intricacies of the business.

His rise in ICICI was phenomenal. In a very short span he moved from RSM - North ( Auto loans ) to Executive Director ( one down to Mrs Chanda Kochhar ) .
This gentleman is a true visionary. May be he is the next Aditya Puri in making.
