Today also icicidirect was not available from 3:00pm onwards, as i was trying desparately to place an order for shiva cement. Performance of icicidirect.com is getting pathetic day by day.

how is your overal experience with india infoline viraj?

like how it handles during heavy load, any crash.. or any short or bad delivery, or any complexities, problems.. you faced?

customer support experience?

Can anyone please share how is motilal oswal for a demat account? Heard they are offering .25 delivery and 0.03 intraday which is decent.

Their trading system is much better than ICICI. Its a Java applet which provides live prices and within 3-5 seconds one can place a order and get is executed. Also, unlike ICICI, one can buy stocks at 9.55am (specially if one wants to try UC/LC stocks like Jai Corp, RIIL). I have not done intra-day but for delivery i pay .5% trading cost and then the taxes. For selling i have to pay Rs.12/- as DP charges. This is still better than ICICI charges and works much better.

i know ICICI is crap in last one year i paid 20K comission to ICICI....

Do India infoline has offices all over india.. I could not find local offices locations in the website?

.25 % delivery is good compared to .75% plus tax.. In ICICIdirect, it almost comes to 1% of the entire amount for each transaction.. which is RIDICULOUS!!!
