In the 5min, 10min, 20min and 30min Timeframes the Major pivot Low is formed at 5573 SPOT and it is in the UP Trend.

So as long 5573 Holds you can Stay Long. If 5573 Breaks today then you can go Short for another 60 points.

The next resistance would be 5631 SPOT. So it would be slow Grind till 5631 because the Funds might be buying or Selling till 5631....

For Today, Try Shorting around 5630 (Intrday). I don't think market will Recover in a day to the Highs...

Is there is a possibility of this selling coming from Brokers trapped in NSEL fund pay out system. there is some rumors doing round right now.

There ought to be something like that happening... because going by the India VIX surely someone somewhere is in a major hurry to off-load major goods...

Yes it is better to get it everyday. Although it would not change drastically because it is a Annualized value.

The MAX OI has shifted from 5600-6000 to 5400-6000. So Watch the 5400 carefully. If MAX OI does not change from 5400-6000 to 5600-6000, then we can expect more correction on the downside or Technically we can see 5200 because if 5700 should be the new top then 500 points from 5700 would be 5200.

It has jumped 10 points quickly from 5573... So can we assume it as a Bounce ?

I think writing 5800 CE options is better then trying to predict bouncing pt. They are looking risk free to me.

so it is better to get out of the LONGs at 5630 and Go Short for 5400

In one Day the levels are changed from 5600-6000 to 5400-5700 with 61L CE being Shorted with 5600 having 26L. so it would be very difficult to cross 5600 today and 5600 would be act as the Major resistance. Max we can expect 5630.

So if we get a chance at 5630, I think I will confidently short. Otherwise it is better to go Short below 5560 else better to wait
