Please explain us how was trade triggered. As Ankit have already mentioned there was no touch/kiss/re bounce or crossover of 5/13 EMAs on 5min chart. Are you using some other method?

30 Min stoch is crossing over (still in formation). If we get a crossover in 5 min with an EMA crossover, do we sell?

At the close of 1400 bar, 30 min stoch was bearish. It hadnt crossed over to bullish side. Thus,I will only look for shorts till 1430.

It was my doubt also but as sunil bhai said only looking at 30 min sts only at 2 ,2.30 ,... etc not every ime itv we get a sell signal now on 5 min by EMA eventualy it will lead 30 min STS to go bearish in my view

Yes...so we look at them at 1400 and realise its bearish and thus no loooking at it till 1430 and trying to enter short on 5 min. A valid short trde wud have kept 30 min stoch bearish only. Otherwise as we can see right now, 30 min stoch will get bullish at close of 1430.

Problem is with the EMAs...They are not close enuff/touching to count this trade as valid. We ideally shud enter on crossovers, and if not then at least on touching/bouncing/kissing of Emas.

Dada as per pride we dont look for STS for trade signal .......... we only use 30 min STS for Direction , 5 min for oversold/overbought and Exit when i croses
