As u trade with focus also, please highlight your views on the following :
U said they have no software maintainance charges.
They also charge Rs. 9 brokerage and it is further negotiable if one generates good volume.
But is this Rs. 9 brokerage flat suppose if I trade once a week only?
Or there needs to be a volume commitment to get Rs. 9 brokerage also?

If so I can try Focus bcoz I'm with RKG for brokerage only. If ODIN of Focus serves well & brokerage is Rs. 9, I need nothing more. No need to talk with their executives.

Hello to all, Is any one having an online a/c betwn RKG and SBI, coz whn i called them up.. they said it is ok if u have sbi a/c.. RKB will transfer money online within 24 hrs.. but in d previous pages of d forum, many of d users hav mentioned abt HDFC a/c.. so plz clear d confusion bew'n SBI n HDFC.. or is d RKG guy fooling me by saying SBI..

Just want to clarify the same Rs 9 per lot deal, earlier on this forum drsubhadip tried to contact Mr Suresh but he was not encouraging any enquiries. This forum securities I am referring to is the one at Bangalore or are you talking of another one?

I have not faced any rude behaviour in phone so far. I also used to mail them my query and they reply.
At Rs. 9 brokerage one cannot expect too much customer service.
I'm happy with their service and will be more happy if they improve their servers so that I don't face problem connecting to ODIN. What else one needs? Place order and see it executed. That's all.

I have join rk 2-3 weeks ago in NSE-cash.

With such a low brokerage One should not expect 5-star service please !!!!
For that Sharekhan, Angels are there !!!!!

I also not faced major problem with Odin.The technical man(I have his no.) help me a lot.

RK is the cheapest broker ever I found out :clap:

I'm from Kolkata and Focus seems to have no branch in Kolkata.
I'll try to contact Mr. Suresh but earlier Dr. Subhadip contacted him by phone and email but did not received any promising reply.
I asked you bcoz I thought a customer can tell the pros & cons of the company but a company executive may explain more clearly but will speak about only the pros of the company.

RKG clearly declares on their homepage that their brokerage is Rs. 9 irrespective of volume.
With Focus I guess one has to negotiate.
Anyway, from which city is Mr. Suresh ?

I am also facing the same problem & quotes are freezing at times...Repeated disconnect and connect didn't help either...

Watch CNBC AWAAZ Stock 20-20 frm 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM for daily intraday buy & sell tips... most of them r accurate.. but at the end of the day the stocks may react as per the momentum of the markets and would not reach their intraday targets.. but if u look at specefic stocks w.r.t intraday high n low... targets are mostly acheived!

R K Global has SBI a/c facility but it is not direct.
You have to transfer the fund and inform them about the transaction as SBI does not have cheque or transaction identification facility.
They also provide payout from the same bank which i think will not take more than 24 working hrs
