I'm from Kolkata and Focus seems to have no branch in Kolkata.
I'll try to contact Mr. Suresh but earlier Dr. Subhadip contacted him by phone and email but did not received any promising reply.
I asked you bcoz I thought a customer can tell the pros & cons of the company but a company executive may explain more clearly but will speak about only the pros of the company.

RKG clearly declares on their homepage that their brokerage is Rs. 9 irrespective of volume.
With Focus I guess one has to negotiate.
Anyway, from which city is Mr. Suresh ?

as per my knowledge mr suresh was talking me from bangalore..
but still not contacted by him irrespective of contacting several times..
let another member talk to him..
i think he does not liked my voice.........joking...

Recently RKG has overhauled their system.(I am talking about WEB version).
The old shortcut may not be useful now.My profiles,watchlists,etc are lost
in the process.

I tried to register on their website for opening accout. Responce was strange. The links on their webpage were not working. Are they reliable? ?? ???

Dear Frend
Actually there server got some problem due to which they shifted to there backup server. So they provided new link for trade. Even i am using web based version & was stuck for 3 days. Now they are in upgradation of the there server.
Hopw it recovers fast.
