Whenever I login, I get a cerificate warning. Other than that no other issue.

Talked to customer support and found way to use SL for selling options. Instead of using sqare off option, use normal sell order.

After reading thro earlier comments, I feel their system has improved.
Right from opening account , I have been getting good customer support.

Their web based system is working OK. Back office is quite good.

If they can sustain this , no one can beat them !

Please Give more feedback when you trade further......i wants to open ac with them then stopped due to many problems seen here in the forum...so stopped it....

I am using ODIN and recently found their improvements well on data freezing issues, yesterday didn't freeze single time and today couple of times, but still good comparing in past. Good thing is even though when data freezes still we can place orders and that executes as well.

It seems that a new version of ODIN is out. Do RKG users have the new version?
What about back fill in charts? When the feed gets disconnected do you get back fill when it resumes?

lazytrader, ODIN chart is not enough good for trading, I use quotetracker (not real time, few seconds delay) but the feature are so good in quotetracker.

I just need candlesticks, SMA, Trendlines. If a chart has these three then I can trade it. Does ODIN have these? I think the new version of ODIN also has fibo retracements.

Regarding certificate I have written to them long ago.
But they are least bothered to reply.Customercare is too
BAD.

What is the spot nifty symbol in Quotetracker ?

Just put NIFTY

You can also see the indices in the top bar, go to OPTIONS-> DATA SOURCES/PROXY -> INDICES -> select -> NSE INDIA FREE and tick mark in the right side which indices you want on top bar.
