R K Global Issues!

Hi abliss,

Earlier I tried to open RKG's web version with Firefox ,but could not
succeed as my browser used to close automatically.
(It happens with some other sites also). Then I started
using Explorer and I made some progress. At place I asked
to load FLASH player and JRE.I loaded both and restarted.
Now problem is that I am not able to access RKG at all.
I have tried in both IE7 and FF3.0... It works fine in both. The Lite version does not require flash or JRE....

That is good. Now send a letter to BSNL and blast them and they will in turn blast RKG and then raise the issue of how bad RKG is. That might help in making them better.
No need :D

They know that the problem is their low quote server bandwidth. I am sure packets are just lost. They recently doubled it from 2 MBPS to 4 MBPS

Once technical support tried to crap me that it is BSNL problem. When I asked him how PIB is working. He started fumbling, stammering, and promised to help me if I call after the markets. When I called after markets he asked me to call during markets. I didn't bother anyway. :D

All of you those who use the ODIN version from RKG , can you use the same login details to enter the RKG browser based client or not ?

Agreed ,this is not a problem at all.A shrewd businessman
attend to a minute problem also.If attitude of RKG remains
like this ,their business will be grabbed by somebody else.
I don't think any such thing will happen in India. In India it is always quantity over quality. I am sure RKG is adding customers very well. The moment they start losing customers they will straighten up. The problem is that at RKG's level, there is no competition.
