..Login takes too much time. One has to login many times due to their timeout funda ( that is the only one work always ! )

RKGLOBAL web version is down since morning...And even whenever it is up..it is very slow..I am planning to get the ODIEN version..I will update how it works ...

I have Sharekhan for few yrs...Speed is good...But due to good brokerage have to stick to RK..as I do Intraday...

Sharekhan ripped me with their brokerage..

I cannot use ODIN version due to security restrictions.

I wish that RKG take this seriously and upgrade their H/W and S/W.

ODIN is working fine though unable to get the find view,graph etc. Called their Kolkata office twice to know that one can still trade with ODIN & know the fund details by calling their back-office.

Today RKG site not working till 9:30 (both their website as well as trading server). On calling their Delhi office, i'm informed it'll take another half an hour.

I'll definitely close my account with them as soon as i close my positions.

But i didn't face any problem with their ODIN.
Don't know about website.
I logged on at 9 am sharp.

Have u checked ur fund and tried with any of the graphs??? Reply ASAP.

All RKG clients, switch to ODIN from web version.
It costs Rs. 220 more i.e less than 5 Nifty points.
I had to switch to ODIN within 2 days of using their web version.
And not faced any problem in ODIN so far.

Graphs are useless in RKG's ODIN. Only Intraday that too not good.
Yes graphs & funds view is not working properly today.
Actually I use RKG only for placing orders. At Rs.9 brokerage I don't expect anything else.
For funds view better to check back office.

I also do the same. Just trying to find out what's not working with ODIN as so many members are complaining about RKG today.

Yes I do face same problem. In fact its been going on sporadically for many months now. But nothing like today.

If you see my post above (#947), same thing happened on 22nd June but the guy at their Delhi office (Mr. Rawat) insisted that my internet was at fault - and told me that rkglobal.net is loading alright on his internet.

I spent time in checking everything from anti-virus, firewall, odin registry, re-booting etc. But it turned out to be that their server was down.

This kind of out-right lying on part of broker is definitely not worth Rs. 9/- brokerage... Everything connected with R K Global is down on internet - their website, their Odin server till the time of this posting... hope they are not playing cricket with Dhoni!

I talked to their Delhi office and got the reply that there is some problem and to keep trying. It should be available after sometime.

The mumbai office phone just kept on ringing. No one picked up.

I am looking for some cheap brokerage and reliable one as a backup.

Any suggestions.
