This question is regarding IBREal Estate.

It seems that IBRL is planning for a stock split for IBRL INdia Bulls power and Infra.

It is a debt free company.
Heard from my friend that RBS has re rated IBRL YOY target of 250 rs.

But Edelweiss rating status of IBRL to be fundamentally weak company.
Ranking - 4 out of 10.(May be rated few months back).

Looks like Anant raj and IBRL looks fundamentally very strong in the sector.

Request to explain in details about the fundamental valuation of IBRL.

Dare to enter the stock only above 140 falling like a spearhead from 210 levels. HDIL is a better bet and more strong fundamentally with a book value of 172 and P/E ratio of 8.
