pls resolve this issue.

Today also extra position opening in bracket order without my knowledge.. after seeing at 3.30pm in my trade book.. there is extra position traded.. and it square-off under "CNC".. today i met loss.. (its very small amount.. small quantity.. so no probs), if i traded in huge quantity.. what happen

this is 2nd time.

pls resolve this issue as soon as possible..!!

i will mail to [email protected] briefly with time and price after i receive contract note.

Sorry -- this problem was brought up before. We've noticed that Avira and some Malware programs throw out a false alarm for NEST. It's not a threat -- just a false alarm. McAfee and others don't ring this up as a problem (and we know it's not a virus )

(NOW SOME TRADES AUTOMATICALLY TRADING IN BRACKET EVEN POSITION CLOSED... IF PROFIT COMES NO PROBLEM :rofl:,, BUT LOSS CAMES WE WILL SUFFER... I FACED THIS PROBLEM TWO TIMES... BUT SMALL QTY AND SMALL LOSS)..

PLS SOLVE THE BRACKET ORDER ISSUES AND WE WANT TO TRADE WITHOUT FEAR IN BRACKET ORDER.

A monkey at rksv.in is playing with server settings....

rksv.in NOT opening as of current
BWt i am using open DNS .. checked in firefox and chrome not opening site
[ just advice can;t u guys change or update any thing on site on weekends ? why do it in week days and let customer suffer lol ]
some one is updating rksv server hence dns must not have propagated thats my guess .


while i checked http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/rksv.in says site is online.

so i guess you guys have blocked mtnl ip range 59.xx.xx.xx

i got margin pay email lol and when i wanted to trasnfer funds says NOt found lol

Monkey was making some changes to the DNS records and made a mistake. It was fixed but the changes can take up to 6 hours to resolve to all carriers. The domain should resolve soon from your end.

In any case, there are two ways that can fix it right away.

1) Change your DNS server. Try 4.2.2.2, it resolved the domains quickly after the change.
2) Use our IPs instead of the domain name:

https://keystone.rksv.in - https://14.140.234.67
https://nest.rksv.in - https://115.111.204.180

Don't worry about the SSL errors.

No excuse from our side -- sorry for the inconvenience.
