Yes advantages are there for Mumbai also. Not everyone is trading with so high volumes. Say one is trading worth of 10lakhs. So in Mumbai he will be paying Rs. 20, and in Bangalore he will be paying Rs. 50/-

You are wrong. It's not 0.001 it's Stamp Duty is charged at 0.01% or Rs. 50 per contract note - whichever is lower.

So as per my example 10lakhs * 0.01% = Rs 100 but maximum is Rs. 50/- so in this case Mumbai wins.

it does not matter about the transaction charges and stamp duty charges etc.as far as you trade in high volumes you are going to save thousands of rupees in RKSV,
