I am on Win XP.

Anything I am doing wrong or need to DL something else?

1) Check the date & time on your settings
2) Ports may be blocked by your Antivirus or Firewall. Open your AV/Firewall and unblock Nest completely

Tried after disabling Firewall.
Date and time are set correctly.

Still same error.

The last thing is that you don't have an active internet connection when you are trying to login... If it still persists can you email us at [email protected]? We'll have the tech team take a look.

Didn't try with nowonline. Will give it a go. Edit: Logged in Successfully.

Nope... they're two different companies -- RKSV Commodities and RKSV Securities. Have to transfer to your bank and then onto Commodities.
