1. Why is your NEST trader setup located on dropbox and not on your website?
2. Why Malwarebytes catches NestLauncher.exe as a trojan agent? I have Zerodha NEST Trader too and it does not require any NestLauncher.exe.
3. Do you have a Cyber Security personnel in your office?

A trojan literally hacks your computer and gives access to the hacker leaving all personal and financial information open to the hacker. This is a cyber crime. I would not call it tech support.

The file should not be infected in the first place. We will get it checked out first thing in the morning. We help install NEST for many clients and they have AV protection. We had a problem with another Antivirus software detecting it as malware and had it fixed. It wasn't external malware that came with the software, just some internal code in a DLL that triggered it.

Haven't seen this before but will put it up for review.

I faced the same problem. I use Avira Free Antivirus, and it reported a Trojan.

I have quarantined NestLauncher.exe, and directly launch NestTrader.exe.

i assume that NestLauncher.exe only sets up the parameters for the ISPs - Bharti and Tata. It is really not necessary.

Yep. We've raised the issue with Omnesys and will get it resolved. In the meanwhile, you can quarantine/remove NestLauncher.exe and just use NestTrader.exe which is the trading EXE.

Dear Colleagues,

I have just come across other similar brokers. Let us have everyone's view about them also.

1) Astha trade - Same charges, better exposure, less AMC, online trade, same day payout, but allows only trades in NSE

2) Achievers Equity - Just Rs. 750/- for unlimited trading for 1 month !!!
Still going through other Pro's & Con's.

I Liked your mail regarding the precautions to be taken while the Cyclone wreaks havoc. Although I live in North India but the mail is good one to remember things of importance.

I wish this Cyclone Phailin doesn't do too much damage in Southern parts of India where it is heading ferociously.
