The utility that you refer to is called pi2ami (in line with others called now2ami, nest2ami, ...).

For some, an unwelcome aspect may be that charges will apply. It is not free as the RTD based utility from josh / tracerbullet / shankar.
Dear Yusi bro,
Are you checked the data of intraday bars(5/15/30/60)of PI with Nest ?you seen any difference in data ?I mean High/Low of bars?

Yes, there are differences. Ignoring Nest, the differences are between the Pi market watch and chart themselves. For example, taking the 12:09:00 to 12:09:59 bar of BankNifty_1 of today:

Pi chart: low is 17567.20 (running chart)
Pi chart: low is 17555.25 (after reloading the chart)
Capture: low is 17555.00 (Day low is same in market watch).
Nest Plus: low is 17555.00

There are also differences in the intermediate swings. For the 1:01:00 to 1:01:59 bar of the same symbol:

Pi chart: high is 17749.70 (running chart)
Pi chart: high is 17758.95 (after reloading the chart)
Capture: high is 17758.90
Nest Plus: high is 17760.00

As a general rule, Pi2Ami capture should definitely be least accurate of the three. For a Pi running chart, I cannot say if broadcast drop is the cause.

In that case, you should not be using terminal capture utilities as well !!!
No no....IMO Nest2Ami is one of the best terminal capture ..its hardly miss any data ...if misses that too we can backfill from it....Thanks to you for that :thumb:

Yusi,

The live chart is formed from the ticks that are captured on the marketwatch. So the quality of data is not the best on the marketwatch, be it any marketwatch (Pi, NEST, FT, whatever).

When you load a chart, the historical chart is formed using our data server which has very high quality of data.

So if you load a chart at 11am, the 11:01 am candle is formed by the ticks the marketwatch gets. At 11.02am, if you close the chart and reopen the chart, the data for the 11.01 am candle comes from the data server. So the
data doesn't match exactly. But like I said, the data server is as close to reality as possible.

@Vjay, if you want to see the most accurate chart, the only way is to get a colo on the exchange, host your charting platform there, subscribe for NSE tick by tick data, and access that platform via a leased line/internet. Only that will be a chart that will be 100% close to reality.
