Dear TP,
You checked data of bars in live ?eg.5 /15 min..is it giving correct high/Low's?today I had seen 11.30 & 11.45 bar data missleading ...thats where I unable to move my sl...but after hit Sl I checked it in ZT its perfect bars ...Please share your findings about data of bars in live...
IMO if there is no backfill/refresh chart button then PI not helps for small traders like me

did not try placing order in Pi thru charts, hence am not very sure how it works.
A couple of days back during trading hours had a power failure due to which the router stopped and hence my internet got disconnected. When power was restored after 30 - 40 mins, noticed in the active 5 min chart which was open in Pi prior to power failure, no candles from the time of power failure to power restoration. Closed the chart and opened a new 5 min chart, the missing data was there on charts.

I am using ZT for the last two months, it has frequent crash and now a days the Nest plus chart is not opening at all, the error message says "the no of reconnection attempts limit breached, shutting down". when i used NSE NOW these kind of problem was not there and now i am trading commodities so zerodha says only ZT is available for MCX, Zerodha please find a better solution quickly other wise i think people will leave.

2. If there are not enough candles that you are trying to pull, it will show up only that is available. Can you tell which stock u r looking at and for how many candles?

7. Look under the help section, u should see 1.0.0.6. (don't look at what is on top the tab).

6. Let us take an example of hourly candles. First candle can be 9.15 to 10.00 and then candle every hour and last candle 3.00 to 3.30.

newbie question :

renko bars, what is the box size in "price style properties" ??

The height of the renko bar you'd want to plot in the units of tick size.
Eg: 50 size renko for NF is 0.05 * 50 = 2.5 points of NF move.

From this evening, I can't load Nest Trader application as it hangs on and force me to close the application! It loads until 'Request sent to get positions' and then hangs! Happened in my office and now at home as well! Anyone got same issues? Any solutions? I tried reinstalling, but same problem!

P.S. As I just started with Zerodha, not eligible for PI now!

Can you send an email to [email protected] , he will call and check. If you have started trading, u can ask him to enable Pi for you.

Yes I think they have no solution for chart refresh OR backfill .... I also think even the data not match with Nest or Icharts though need to check with micro check
