Zerodha - Number One Discount Broker in India

I was seriously thinking of opening an account with Zerodha..But after going through this thread it seems they have launched a half-baked product called Pi.. which is not a good advertisement for them.. especially when discount brokers are trying to change the dynamics of the industry... Zerodha management must seriously think about it and not undo all the good work they have done so far...

dear sir how can u call half bake when u have not put in ur mouth? try it and see, every opinions are very special and different, but 1st try. der r many compliants but it is very good much better than sharekhan and icici.. those tecchnologies are still far behind zerodha pi because of the team we have is very dedicated to be 1st and best.

nobody has faced problems apart from u. check ur internet connections actually der mayb a problem with it. only go for airtel.. bsnl clients reported same problems b4

U don't know anything about pi. It is a top quality software much better than sharekhan software. Ask anyone in this thread how much good zerodha is in technology.. We will be number 1 soon

Hi Zerodha,

I had kept a SL-M for NF June @ 8376.8 which got executed around 13:32:46 today. The NF low around that time as per NSE chart is 8377. My data feed also showing 8377 as low at that time. By the time I bought back the 4 lot NF the price had reached 8390, because of which I lost Rs. 1365. What could be the reason for this. View attachment 20351

Add Nifty spot on the index, and then u can open charts for that also. Pre-market data is removed as it is a lot of noise.

Faced the same problem as @TracerBullet. Pi suddenly hanged and became unresponsive. Tried restarting the system and again logging into Pi but the same message "Unable to connect to _____ server" kept on reappearing. Then around 3pm, was able to login again.
During the period my net connection was working perfectly.

Dear Zerodha,

I have started using Pi just a few days back. Some problems and some suggestions are given below :



1. First candle of the day some times starts in the last candle of yesterday. Some time during the day, these are separated and first candle shown properly as 9.15

2. No. of candles displayed are different from the figure given in the parameter.
I have seen many times I asked for 400 candles on 1 hr. chart but I get candles worth one screenful only. Some other times I have asked 1000 candles and got those too. So, it is unpredictable.

3. Suppose, I am using 1 hr chart. If I want to look 30 min. chart, I have to open another chart of the same script. It would be easier if time period choice is given.

4. Same thing when I wish to study another script using same template. I have to open another chart. It would be easy if chart is displayed for the chosen script.

5. In other words, having chosen a template, I shud be able to change the scripts seemlessly and having chosen the script, I should be able to choose time interval seemlessly.

6. If timing of the candles is matching with clock hours, it will help.

7. I downloaded Pi after 14th May but it is still showing version as 1.0.0.0 and not 1.0.0.6 as shown in the backoffice.

I hope you will address these querries.

Today 1st half I traded with PI chart and PUNISHED for that crime ...good long entry but loss of 11 point trade which actually 10 point winner ....as per data of PI no movement of SL so got hit initial SL where actual data there was move of SL abv my entry

SO GUYS NEVER TRADE WITH PI CHART .....YOU WILL BE PUNISHED
