Hello Zerodha, what's the matter ?? No one is lifting the phone. I'm getting kept on hold endlessly.

1) I can't place any order from my end, for selling the options in my stock.

2) I can't buy anything because of some fault in RMS.

Please tell the guys in Bangalore to wake up.

Zerodha/Trader friends:

This morning i transferred 20k to my account using trade.zerodha.com payin link.

the amount has been debited from my bank account; however the transaction reflects as "failed" in zerodha payin status.

For some reason zerodha phone just rings and no one is picking up.

what to do?

Sent across email to zerodha with screenshot of bank account transaction.

please help.

They are having some problem with their RMS this morning. I was able to get through on phone 2 times and they have placed an order for me, but I am not able to operate through NOW at my end.

ok.

But as a trader this is annoying. Funds are gone from bank and not there in trading account to trade.

who's to blame?

Zerodha, kindly help.

given my situation...i had been desperately trying to call Zerodha...

guess what?

someone picks up the phone and bangs it back to disconnect it!

new low for Zerodha customer service.

Seriously?!

experienced same last week, but the amount credited to my ac promptly after they recieved my mail. so dont fear, all will be ok after sometime.

Hi Zerodha,

I have downloaded online application form from your site, I do not want to open demat a/c but there is a section of dp details in your application form... should I leave it blank.... or i will have to fill my existing DP account details in it...????

and how time it will take in opening a trading account with you...

You can either leave it blank or you could write any existing dp detail that you have.

For f&o, there is no use of dp.. but if you have a demat account linked, in case you intend to take delivery of some shares, you can take it to your already existing dp..

Will take 1 working day from the time we receive the forms..
