Hi Zerodha (Sachin) & Fellow Traders,

I have 2 queries :-

(1) My nephew (Madhur Mehra) recently opened account with Zerodha (derivatives/commodities account only), and just after he changed his passwords details, his computer crashed and now he does not remember his passwords. WHAT SHOULD/CAN HE DO NOW TO RETRIEVE PASSWORDS, please explain in detail.

(2) I downloaded ZTrader Mobile (for him) and when he used this program onto his tablet, he (as well as me too) could not login because the program is asking the login details for "ZTrader Mobile", while I tried to put in the login details of NEST Trader I use in my desktop. If the ZTrader Mobile Login Details are different, HOW TO GET THOSE, please explain in detail.

Which android tablet is best for ZT ? Which one of BSNL Penta tablets ?
Any android tablet should be good.. The model is your choice.. It will be free for all our active traders, but we would be charging for people who use it without trading with us.. We will update you about this soon..

The user id and password for the mobile version and the desktop version is the same..

Sorry if you guys faced any issue this morning. There was an issue with the RMS margin file on NOW, happened to only clients using NOW. Only dealers could place orders and clients couldn't.. We had a rush of calls and our telephone lines also had an issue because of some underground cable issue from our telephone service provider.. .. Everything got sorted, but sorry about any inconvenience caused..

@comm, usually if the funds are debited from your bank account and the status shows failed, this basically could have happened because of an internet issue while the confirmation was being sent from the payment gateway provider to the trading platform.. In such a case, send us a snapshot of your bank statement to [email protected] and we will update the funds immediately..
