Blank Market watch window in Web trader

I'm behind a corporate firewall, and can successfully launch all websites and other Java plugins (like icharts.in) by giving proper credentials.
But when i login to ZT web trader, I don't see anything in Trade xpress.
The Market Watch drop down on the top is blank, and the Market drop down defaults to CDS, even if i choose NSE or NFO, nothing happens.
I have also tried adding scripts to the Market watch, but that fails with no error messages.
Below, the second tab, is "session", and i can see this error message there
java.net.UnknownHostException: trade.zerodha.com : Sever could not be contacted...Please try again later.

Does the web version use any other ports than 80 or 443?
Is there any changes in the configuration that i can do to make it work?

Can we expect any newer version of the web trader any time soon?

Zerodha/Trader friends:

This morning i transferred 20k to my account using trade.zerodha.com payin link.

the amount has been debited from my bank account; however the transaction reflects as "failed" in zerodha payin status.

For some reason zerodha phone just rings and no one is picking up.

what to do?

Sent across email to zerodha with screenshot of bank account transaction.

please help.
Zerodha, how to transfer funds in mcx a/c through backoffice, there is no mention of mcx in the drop down menu of my backoffice payin ?
as per your site online transfer is only through NEFT in your a/c , in case of commodities , ie not through backoffice ?

Back office does not seem to offer commodities as segment.

I transferred through trade.zerodha.com not backoffice.

You could do a HDFC to HDFc transfer and then email them - [safest way]

I always used backoffice for nse payin, but not allowed for commodities ? BTW there is a link in ZT of 'payin', which opens up a separate webpage zerodha payment gateway, saying fundtransfer will cost 9 rs, is fund transfer instant ?

you are right. the payment gateway is powered by Atom tech. and cost us rs.9 + taxes.

Friends/Zerodha:

Is there a way to disconnect from Ztrader and then reconnect? w/o login an logoff? to just switch off the internet for ZT?

Reason iam asking is because i trade the 15m and 30m candles and the charting is from Trade tiger. And i trade Commodities!

I just wish to have ZT connected for order entry only.

this will save me bandwidth. And the trouble of logging in, answering the security questions, order entry and then tran password.

help.
