step one 20/10/2011-this is your nearest lowest low 29.935
draw horizontal line from here -this is your historical support

step two-28/10/11-35.628-this is the nearest highest high
draw a horizontal line from here-this is historical resistance
space in between the two horizontal line is the box

on 31/10 smart money gone short-as upper historical resistance was not breaking,their stop loss was 35.628

they will either cover short and go long from 29.635 when price will test its nearest lowest low which is 29.635 or if price will break 29.635 on lower side they will continue their short which they have taken slightly below 35.628

you are wrong their trailing stop loss is around 35,which is quite far off ,they will hold short for another week,but they may open a new trade at four hour,which few % of them might have opened but most of the eod traders at international market will wait for the stop loss to hit and even if it hit after two are three days they will still be closing their short in profit
