I may be excused as I have downloaded your software and installed in my pc.It is in evalution period, but it is running very nicely feeding rt data to FChart without any delay. But I have noticed problem (1) The time difference is one hour + from the system time. 2) In the course of running, price difference column is coming inplace of last traded price,last culumn(previous close) data is vanishing and to bring correct view I have to exit and restart the software. Kindly short the problems

Today I Used CD after about a month, thankfully worked smoothly, was worried about its exipiry

Till when is the current version valid? Have you released any version with longer validity of maybe 1-2 years.

Hope we have something more permanant from you now.

Hello sir...I m facing problems getting data via odin...Once i start the chartsdata soft & odin, I find the default odin market watch name but the update button under metastk remains unclickable even after highlighting the market watch...Actually most of the buttons remains unclicable...I was told by one of my frd that it might be due to changes in the column settings in odin...Could you plz suggest some solution for it..if the coloum setting is set to some particular order then do let me know the column order to be set...

Thanks for the CD. I am using angel ODIN 9.1.0.5. Yesterday I was working with that and amibroker.I also had IE7. No problem. But today I was working with metastock 8. Metastock was crashing frequently. I had to close CD and then start MS and CD then to get data update? Can you tell me where lies problem? IE 8 was windows update.

This is not the problem with versions, You need to have IE as your default browser and make sure the browser options are set to default.

i installed again now asking 4 msstdfmt.dll searched n found thnat dll is there in chartsdata n window/system folder. shud need to register that?? if yes , how?

Even I have found the same problem. Initially it works fine, but after some time (around 15 mins to 30 mins), the columns shifts. The value in the Symbol column becomes the date, the value in date column becomes the date converted value of time, LTP becomes the change in price so on. There is a shift of one column. It creates a new symbol of current date in Amibroker. I need to close and re-run the program again. It would be kind of you if you can fix this problem. Anyways its an excellent program. Cheers !!!

Since two days I am facing problem in FChart. ChartsData is running nicely. But the chart is not coming in the FChart, though the livedata transmission is OK in Chartsdata/FChart file. Kindly help.

is it possible to extract bid price ask price along with bid quantity and ask quantity along with other data
and feed to excel or text document
it will be usefull for market profile charts and foot print charts
though i am not expert in them

hi dear,

Today for first time i strated trading. I am using goTX v1.2 provided by KARVY.

one typiccal problem I faced today.

I am using 2MBPS connectivity. The goTX was functioning fine. I could import data from ***** to excel but my most reliable tool CHART DATA refused to fetch data. The webdata in the tray all the time showed DATA EXTRACTION IN PROGRESS.

goTX is JAVA enabled. I could not undertsand any logic.

Could you please explain the reason for such behaviour. Is it because of software conflict or any other reason.
