It is true that they don't have office in Bangalore. I had to go through the same procedure. Took a printout of the form from their website couriered it to them along with the payment checks. Then they sent another courier with stamp papers. Then I signed and couriered it back to them. Post that my account was opened within 7 days.

2 weeks back I wanted to sign up for another account in my wifes name. This time they sent stamp papers in the first round since I was their customer already. BUT this time they are taking longer to open account. Hopefully will get it this week

Quite interesting. They had told me they will be opening branch in Bangalore (this was in Oct 2008). Since I was already dealing with the Mumbai team I didn't bother to check their website.

They have mobile numbers mentioned in the site for the Bangalore counterparts. Why don't you call them directly?

Hi,
I am planning to use the web-based platform of RK Global for FnO segment (on the account of low brokerage). I had requested for it on 14th August. Today Morning, I received a call from their branch office (Calcutta, as claimed by the representative) and also received a set of PDF attachments of my mail ID (includes, Form, Illustrations, etc).
The representative asked me to take a print out of the form and courier it the same after filling up the details. I did not like this as I expected some representative to come and collect the same. I told him about this and I got a reply saying, they dont have any branch office in Bangalore. Is this true (I doubt about it)?
Rk Global users from Bangalore, Kindly provide the information on account opening.

As per my experience , one of the lowest category on account of customer service as well as trading platform is worst quality.

Yes U are correct,
Not customer friendly at all.

I am from Delhi HO online client, I am using their ODIN for NSE, NSE FnO and MCX. Earlier I had web based.

What I have observed that their Bandwidth for ODIN is very poor resulting in delay in refreshing of data and stoppage of data on ODIN screen....

Only thing that attracts is brokerage,

They also does not seems customer friendly, nobody is there to help if u are stuckup in any trade...

earlier i use to think that there issome fault with my internet connection,
took me a while to figure out that this problem is from rkg's side.

Please share your experience in their web based online trading.Am also want to open a/c with them.order confirmation,server problems,updation of scrips,speed etc......
