Dude start taking something in between like salad (it will surely help)
Also if u use PC then take a eye protection screen or antiglare
also create a timer of 30 minutes or hour each so that u may be diverted for a second from ur usual work

REVOLVING HEAD is a great banana peelas r hope, fear, & greed. My biggest slip-ups occurred shortly after I got emotionally involved with REVOLVING HEADS

I took Intraday -delivery Of Renuka sugars @ 205 .how long should I hold this stock ?

Buzzing news and trend made me to conert 100 shares to delivery @205 brought today in intraday trade ....


If you do track this stock your suggestion are highly appreciated should I hold or quit this stock tommorrow

Renuka is best pick from sugar pack, hold it for a target of 220-225 at least.

on 18 August this stock was on Rs177 everyone recommended thisk stock so in overconfidence I brought its 100 shares @ 205 today in intraday later converted the same to delievery regretting making a decision on news

I hope tommorrrow/next weak I will get chance to exit this
stock at 206-209 range .....

I hope tommorrrow/next weak I will get chance to exit this
stock at 206-209 range .....
